  • 10-entry pack: € 150, ten personal entries to be used within 6 months of purchase
  • Monthly: € 80 / month, valid for one calendar month from purchase, with no automatic renewal (purchased again each month)
  • Annual: € 700 / year

All plans include: full-day workspace access during opening hours, Wi-Fi, access to common areas, and meeting room usage subject to availability and plan limits. Daily and 10-entry pack include 30 minutes of meeting room time per day; Monthly and Annual include 60 minutes per day. Monthly and Annual members also receive exclusive perks and benefits from our partner network.

A membership to Urbe Hub is more than a workspace subscription: it is a way to be part of one of Rome's most active communities working on the most advanced frontier technologies, and a way to contribute to a project whose goal is to build a Roman hub where anyone can freely experiment, build, and connect.

Access Procedure

  1. Create an account on the Urbe Hub platform (app.urbe.build), with email and password or with your Google account, and confirm your email address.
  2. From the Memberships section, request your free trial day: fill in the form, choose a date (Monday to Friday, starting from the following day and within 30 days) and accept these Regulations and the Privacy Policy.
  3. The team reviews your request and replies via email, usually within 24 hours. Once confirmed, you can book your workstation for the trial day.
  4. After the trial day, to keep using the Hub, purchase a plan directly from the platform (card or PayPal). Access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
  5. Each member can book the desk that best suits their needs. Access to the Hub is guaranteed even without a reservation; however, members who have booked a desk will have priority over the reserved workstation. Use of the spaces is intended on a daily basis and is limited to the available hours. Any request for extended hours must be communicated to hello@urbe.build or on Telegram to @UrbeHub at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to approval by the Hub management.
  6. Only members with an active plan can access the Hub and book a workstation.
  7. If you are unable to attend on your reserved date, please cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance.

Booking Platform

All desk and meeting room reservations are managed through the Urbe Hub booking platform. To access and use the platform:

Slots are limited: book in advance.
  4. Cancellations: Cancel any booking directly from the platform dashboard. Please cancel desk bookings at least 6 hours in advance to free up the spot for other members. For Daily and 10-entry pack, if you cancel your booking by the day before, the entry is returned to you; if you cancel on the same day, the entry is considered used.
  5. Access without reservation: Access to the Hub is always guaranteed to active members even without a prior booking; however, members with a desk reservation have priority over their specific workstation.
