Opening Hours & Access Guidelines
Opening Hours
Urbe Hub is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless otherwise communicated via the Urbe Hub Telegram channel. You can join the Telegram channel at: https://t.me/+44GPQ4RJD3lmYmZk.
Membership Plans
Access to Urbe Hub requires an active paid membership. Three plans are available, all offering the same full-day access benefits:
- Day Pass: € 15 / day
- Monthly: € 60 / month
- Annual: € 500 / year
All plans include: full-day workspace access during opening hours, Wi-Fi, access to common areas, and meeting room usage subject to availability and plan limits. Monthly and Annual members also receive exclusive perks and benefits from our partner network.
A membership to Urbe Hub is more than a workspace subscription: it is a way to be part of one of Rome's most active communities working on the most advanced frontier technologies, and a way to contribute to a project whose goal is to build a Roman hub where anyone can freely experiment, build, and connect.
Access Procedure
- To access Urbe Hub, you must complete the registration form.
- The team will review your application and notify you via email regarding acceptance or denial.
- Upon approval, you will have the option to book a free trial day to experience the space.
- After the trial day, you must purchase a membership plan to activate your full access.
- Register on the booking platform using the same email address provided during your application, then proceed to payment directly from the platform. Once payment is confirmed, your access will be fully activated.
- Each member can book the desk that best suits their needs. Access to the Hub is guaranteed even without a reservation; however, members who have booked a desk will have priority over the reserved workstation. Use of the spaces is intended on a daily basis and is limited to the available hours. Any request for extended hours must be communicated to hello@urbe.build at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to approval by the Hub management.
- Only approved members with an active membership can access the Hub and book a workstation.
- If you are unable to attend on your reserved date, please cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance.
Booking Platform
All desk and meeting room reservations are managed through the Urbe Hub booking platform. To access and use the platform:
- Login: Sign in with your Google account using the email address registered during your application. Access will be active once your membership payment is confirmed.
- Desk Booking: Select the date (Monday-Friday only, up to 7 days in advance), choose your preferred desk from the available map, and confirm. Only one desk can be booked per day. You can cancel at any time, but please do so at least 6 hours before your slot.
- Meeting Room Booking: Select the date, the room, and a 30-minute time slot. Available minutes depend on your plan: Day Pass holders receive 30 minutes per pass; Monthly and Annual members receive 60 minutes per day. Slots are limited: book in advance.
- Cancellations: Cancel any booking directly from the platform dashboard. Please cancel desk bookings at least 6 hours in advance to free up the spot for other members.
- Access without reservation: Access to the Hub is always guaranteed to active members even without a prior booking; however, members with a desk reservation have priority over their specific workstation.
